At Amazon, all roads lead to the Product Detail Page (PDP). After a thorough examination of all 13 ASINs’s PDPs, we identified more than 30 areas of focus where Pure Protein could implement proven best practices for quick, impactful wins.
Armed with 1st- and 3rd-party customer insights, we focused closely on end-benefits in the content in lieu of product features—an Amazon best practice—and inspected every image for legibility and crispness across all screens.
Ultimately, we developed all-new B+ and A+ images for maximum relevance, and updated every single narrative with dominant SEO and Voice of the Customer themes. Our research even revealed that their vanilla products were being used by brand enthusiasts as coffee creamer, a use-case we added to specific A+ modules.
